SMS/Text Message Consent Policy

Fortress Accounting (Interim CFOs LLC). Effective September 4, 2026. Replaces the version dated December 12, 2025.

1. Who we are

Fortress Accounting is the trade name of Interim CFOs LLC, 601 Brickell Key Drive, Suite 715, Miami, FL 33131. This policy explains how we use text messaging (SMS) to communicate with prospective and current clients, how you consent, and how you opt out.

Expected Frequency of SMS Communications

(669) 444-4528: messages about accounting, tax, and CFO services you have inquired about, including consultation offers and scheduling links.
(855) 554-3526: billing and account messages for current clients, such as invoice and payment reminders.

We will never text you from any other number. If you receive a message claiming to be from Fortress Accounting from a different number, do not respond and contact us at the email below.

3. What we send and how often

Prospective clients: messages about your inquiry, consultation offers, and scheduling links. Up to one message per day during the first week after you opt in, then occasional follow-ups, typically no more than one or two per month.
Current clients: billing and account reminders as needed, typically a few messages per month.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. We are not responsible for carrier charges.

4. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will receive one confirmation text and nothing further from that number. You can also email info@fortress-accounting.com or call (561) 922-0007 and ask to be removed. Opting out of one number does not affect the other; reply STOP to each if you wish to stop both.

6. Your mobile number

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for their marketing purposes. Your number is used only to send you the messages described in this policy, through our messaging service provider, which processes messages on our behalf.

7. Supported carriers

Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Continued receipt of messages after a change means the current policy applies.
