Fortress Accounting is the next evolution of Interim CFOs, a boutique financial firm founded in 2020 by seasoned entrepreneurs Javier Caceres and Peter Kihara.
After years of building and advising companies, Javier and Peter saw how hard it was for founders to get reliable, strategic financial support. They launched Interim CFOs to fill that gap—providing high-level, on-demand CFO services to scaling businesses. What started as a boutique solution quickly grew into a trusted resource for startups, small businesses, and venture-backed companies around the world.
As our clients’ needs expanded, so did our mission. In response, we reimagined and relaunched as Fortress Accounting—a full-service accounting and financial services company that offers everything from bookkeeping and tax to wealth management and CFO support.
